My stay at the hotel was convenient due to its central location in downtown Dallas, which made it easy to travel to various attractions. The rooms were a bit outdated and warmer than desired, requiring us to lower the AC temperature. The service was prompt and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. However, the dining options were limited and slightly overpriced, with a room setup that could be more appealing.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were very comfortable and equipped with almost everything I needed, even dumbbells for a workout. They were clean, spacious, and even accommodated our dog, which was a big plus. The service was top-notch with a very welcoming and friendly staff. The location was super convenient, close to everything I wanted to visit in Dallas, including the hospital and airport. The dining experience was exceptional, offering delicious gluten-free options. Overall, a great value for the money with excellent facilities.
